Gamblers and Crapshooters  button down shirts

The Gamblers and Crapshooters are dancing! Please see the colors to the left. It is the one item that I do not have. Every student listed needs one shirt. The color palatte is there to guide you. You can choose any of the colors unless I put something next to their name. So they should wear a button down shirt that they can move in. It does not need to be too tight. Almost all of the students have pants from our costume shoppe that fit them. However, a fewour bringing their own. They will tell you. ( hopefully. I will continue to remind you if I don't see them.

Parent Volunteer commitees

We need committees that will help put our show on the stage. every job is important and essential! 

We will need parents to step up and be leaders of those committees.  

Most of the jobs will need committees but some are 1 person jobs.

Please let me know if you would like to step up and help me, your student, and the whole Nighthawk theater family create the best shows in the Murrieta school district! 

  • BOX OFFICE

    If you enjoy working with people and meeting the needs of people trying to get seats for the show, your committee chair will show you the ins and outs of selling tickets from our box office with a smile. This is a great place to put names with faces and get to know new folks.

  • REFRESHMENTS

  • Here, we have the opportunity to serve physically and to tell the truth; it is a blast. You will come to the theater a bit early and help arrange our table of goodies and be ready to sell our delicious treats to willing and waiting audience members. If you like food service and enjoy visiting with the guests, this is for you.

RAFFLE BASKETS! 

  • Each of our shows allows our patrons to purchase raffle tickets for a beautiful, themed basket. The proceeds go back into our MVHS show earnings so we build a fantastic program with amazing shows and beautiful costumes, lighting, and sets!

  • As a member of this committee, you will need to be available fto work with the community looking for donations, talking to people and finding fun gifts that bring the most money. Think big! a weekend getaway to a condo in big bear!

  • or maybe someone owns a catalina condo, someone makes jewelry, or who knows the owner of a restaurant? We just need people who know people to have them donate and then we make beautiful baskets to put together a fun basket....

INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES

About Under Garments

The reason we require undergarments for every student is to make it possible for them to change in and out of costumes quickly in a large room with lots of people. There is not enough time for students to wait in line for the privacy of a bathroom.

 

Knowing that, please make sure your child is well covered and comfortable in their undergarments. They cannot be too baggy or they will not fit under costumes and they should not be too tight so that your child does not feel uncomfortably exposed.

FOR BOYS A short sleeve t-shirt that fits like an undershirt. Not too baggy and not uncomfortably tight. Compression shorts or bike shorts are to be worn OVER underwear, NOT INSTEAD OF UNDERWEAR. Two or three sets are ideal so that they can be taken home and washed regularly.

FOR GIRLS We like scoop necked tanks, no spaghetti straps. Not too high around the neck so it won't show under a costume. Not too low around the neck to maintain modesty. Booty shorts or bike shorts should be long enough to cover well. Two or three sets are ideal so that they can be taken home and washed regularly. A sports bra is great for shows as well. Please provide more than one for shows in order to wash in between
